Die Aerodynamik des Trucksacks

The Trucksack reduces the drag at the rear end of Trucks by dynamically reshaping that rear end and making it more aerodynamically shaped.

In both visualisations the airflow at the rear end is shown without the Trucksack device and with the extended 2.000 mm Trucksack device.

This visualisation shows the airflow behind the rear end by using the short 500 mm Trucksack device. 


In this picture the airflow following the shape of a Tailwing VS the airflow that follows the Trucksack shape is shown. The konvex shape of the Trucksack device generates a more smooth airflow that is more curved an that unites better behind the car than the airflow that follows the Tailwing devices.
